Robin Pogrebin of the Times has a great piece about New York City making good design a priority for public buildings, and not just taking the lowest bid. Bloomberg has made clear his interest in art and aesthetics…” One of the buildings featured in the article is a new library branch in Kingsbridge, an affordable and family-friendly neighborhood in the Bronx that I recently wrote about for the Times Sunday real estate section.
