The Center for Architecture has announced a New York New Visions public forum on Feb. 28 (6-8 pm). The speakers: Stefan Pryor, President, Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, and Steve Plate, Director of Capital Projects, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
