A really cool photography piece in The Morning News juxtaposes historic photos from the 1930s with more recent ones taken from the same vantage point by Douglas Levere, which are collected in a book entitled
New York Changing. The Morning News excerpts some of these photos, and it’s really fascinating to see what’s changed for the better, for the worse, or not hardly at all. There’s also a show at the
Museum of the City of New York.
